• Are UK residents.Our UK definition includes N.Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
• Are under 70 years of age. Get further information if any traveller is aged 70 or over.Policy holder must be 16 or over.
• Have not received advice, medication or treatment for any medical condition in the last 12 months.
• Are not aware of any reason that your trip may be cancelled or cut short. For example, illness of a relative or someone else upon whose good health your trip depends.
• Have never had travel insurance refused, cancelled or any special terms imposed.
• Have not received any criminal convictions for fraud, dishonesty or deception in the last 5 years.
• Have made less than 3 travel claims in the last 3 years.
• Are taking this insurance for a conventional holiday or business trip. A business trip is only covered for clerical and administration duties.
• Have not already started the trip you wish to cover.
• Are not going on a trip exceeding 120 days.
